We’re not going to tell you you SHOULD do yoga, that really is down to you. What I AM going to say is, with recent scientific studies concluding what yogis have known for years (that yoga and meditation can ward off stress and diseases), don’t let awesome opportunities to health and wellbeing pass you by!
